Message From the Founders
As Founders of Eternal Life Ministries it is our desire to reach as many people as we can to share God's gift of Eternal Life. Through His direction and command we are committed to fulfilling our part of the great commission (Matthew 28:18-20). We truly believe that every Christian can make a difference if we would only step forward and say,
"Here I am Lord, use me as your willing vessel."

About Eternal Life Ministries
Eternal Life Ministries is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization. We are a Charismatic Christian ministry based in the state of Colorado. We are financially supported through our founders, board members, individuals, groups, churches and organizations that share the same vision of spreading God's Word throughout the nations in order to fulfill the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Eternal Life Ministries (ELM) was founded in 1998. We had a vision to use the power of the internet as a ministry to reach the lost with God's Word. We built our first website to accomplish this goal. It was evangelistic in nature and was updated daily with mini-sermonettes. By using our website as an evangelism tool we found that it was very effective. We received numerous e-mails, prayer requests and praise reports from people throughout the world. Within the first couple of months of our website inauguration we were so blessed to hear from our first online salvation. Through the growth of the internet there were many more ministries that were now using the internet to do the same things we were doing, and in 2001, we redirected our focus to where the Lord was leading us. We found the Lord leading us to teach in different areas such as children's ministry, adult Sunday school, salvation / altar ministry, and participate in missions. It was a time of transition from one season to the next. This was a beginning of growth and training. It was also a time of many trials and many testings which seemed continuous and unrelentlous. Through it all we have grown and find that we continue to grow and flourish in areas that we never could have dreamed of. If you would like to know more about what Eternal Life Ministries is doing now, please visit our "projects" page.
Our God is an awesome God and He continues to amaze us with His mercy and grace!

Our Beliefs

The Trinity
We believe there is only one God, existing eternally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
These three comprise the Trinity, are co-equal and are one God.
John 10:30; John 14:26; Philippians 2:5-7.

The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God. Jesus was born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life and offered Himself as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. He ascended into Heaven where He now sits at the right hand of the Father.  We believe in His substitutionary death for all men, His resurrection, and His eventual return to judge the world.
Matthew 1:22-23; Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:27-35; John 14:10-31

The Holy Spirit
We believe in the existence of the Holy Spirit as the third person of the Trinity and in His interaction with man. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as manifested by the fruit and gifts of the Spirit.  God gives all believers spiritual gifts.  They are for the strengthening of God's people (the Church) and proof of God's existence and power to unbelievers.  The gifts of the Spirit are active and relevant today.
Matthew 3:11; Acts 2:4; 1 Corinthians 12:4-11; 1 Peter 4:10

The Bible
We believe the Bible is the only infallible, inspired, and authoritive Word of God.
We believe that it is the complete revelation of God's will for mankind, and the absolute authority to govern our lives.
2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21

Salvation
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; one to eternal life and the other to eternal damnation.  We believe all men are born with a sinful nature, and the work of the cross was to redeem man from the power of sin.  Salvation is by God's grace - a free gift to us; but we must accept it in order to obtain eternal life - thus avoiding eternity in hell and separation from God.  We believe salvation is available to all who will receive it.  Salvation happens by repenting of sin, believing in Jesus Christ, and personally receiving Him as Savior and Lord.  It marks the beginning of a new life in Christ.
John 3:16; Romans 6:23

Water Baptism
We believe in water baptism, by immersion, as taught and demonstrated by Jesus.  All those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior should be baptized in water as a public profession of their faith in Christ and to experience what the Bible calls the "circumcision of the Spirit."
Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Matthew 3:13-17

The Lord's Supper
We believe in the Lord's Supper.  The Lord's Supper consists of two elements; the bread and the cup.  The bread symbolizes the broken body of Jesus, and the cup represents the blood He shed for us on the cross.
Matthew 26:26-30; Mark 14:22-26; Luke 22:17-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-32

Praise and Worship
We believe in the worship of the Lord through singing, dancing, clapping, lifting of hands, and playing musical instruments.  We praise and worship the Lord as an expression of gratitude for His mercy and grace, and what He has done for us.
Psalm 98:4-6; Psalm 149:1-3; Psalm 101:1; Psalm 105:2; Psalm 9:11

Our Commitment to Israel
We believe in the promise of Genesis 12:3 regarding the Jewish people and the nation of Israel.  We believe that this is an eternal covenant between God and the seed of Abraham to which God is Faithful.
